Tenders are invited for Preparation of a Protocol for Attention to Victims in Institutions of the Justice Sector Closing Date: 31 Oct 2024 Type: Consultancy General Objective: Ensure compliance with basic standards on violence against women with a trauma-informed approach to victim care, in order to reduce revictimization. Specific objectives: To develop a process of analysis of the care needs of women who face violence, in institutions of the justice sector, from which findings and identification of areas for improvement are derived, and conclusions on each relevant category of analysis: adherence to best practices in trauma-informed care (CIT) and the perspective of equality and non-discrimination with intersectionality analysis, reduction of revictimization, compliance and consistency with legal regulations. Develop a participatory process for drafting a protocol for inter-institutional care for women facing violence, in institutions of the justice sector, which institutionalize and efficiently dynamize inter-institutional coordination mechanisms and the provision of services to victims of violence against women. Carry out didactic mediation of the protocol for inter-institutional care for women who face violence, in institutions of the justice sector, with clear explanations and visual diagramming of the step by step to be followed, which constitute versions that are easy to use and consult for the civil servants who provide services to victims of violence against women. PROFILE OF THE CONSULTING TEAM OR CONTRACTOR REQUIRED Education: The members of the consulting team or company must be made up of multidisciplinary specialists, including: with training in human rights, gender, social sciences, law, clinical psychology, social work or related careers. preferably with a postgraduate or masters degree in gender studies, human rights, criminal law, procedural law, comprehensive care for victims, trauma-informed care, public policies, social justice or related disciplines. Specific Experience: With experience in social research preferably, in collection, systematization and analysis of information, preparation and editing of high-level reports. With experience in the design, implementation and/or evaluation of public policies and programs for victims of violence against women, children and adolescents With knowledge of teaching methodologies for adults in institutional contexts. Teams with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately and with a focus on the development of solutions.
