In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 31 Of Zjn-3, It Is A Reserved Public Contract, Namely, The Contracting Authority Invited Only Companies With Disabilities And Employment Centers To Submit Bids, As Stipulated By The Law Governing The Employment Rehabilitation And Employment Of Disabled People. The Stated Status Is Also Required For Partners And Subcontractors. The Client Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With The Selected Provider For A Period Of 42 Months. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Maintenance Of Outdoor Surfaces. During Implementation, The Contractor Must Comply With The Regulation On Green Public Procurement (Official Gazette Of The Republic Of Slovenia, No. 51/17, 64/19, 121/21 And 132/23; Hereinafter The Regulation), In Accordance With Point 20 Of The First Paragraph Of Article 4 In Part , Which Refers To The Equipment And Machinery Used To Perform The Services As Required In The Specifications.
