A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Technical Parameters3. Conditions Required From Contractors - Contractors Submitting An Offer In The Procedure Declare That They Undertake To Comply With The Following Requirements: 1) They Will Offer Equipment Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Technical Parameters. 2) They Will Offer Complete Equipment, Brand New, Not Post-Exhibition, Year Of Production Not Earlier Than 2024.3) They Will Ensure, At Their Own Expense And Risk, The Transport Of The Equipment To The Ordering Partys Headquarters As Well As Unloading And Internal Transport To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And Assembly. After Installing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Take Away All Transport And Other Packaging Delivered And Not Required To Be Retained By The Ordering Party For The Purpose Of Possible Warranty Activities. 4) They Will Offer The Subject Of The Order That Meets The Requirements Specified In: • Medical Devices Act Of April 7, 2022.
