Supply Of Thermal Energy For The Needs Of The Montana Office At Td Of The National Natural Resources And Energy Administration Veliko Tarnovo In Adm. Buildings At L. Karavelov Street No. 11 And Zheravitsa Square No. 3 For A Period Of 12 Months, Starting From 02.04.2025, Ensuring A Temperature In The Heated Premises, According To The Norms, With Permissible Deviations. The Inclusion Of Heating For Consumers Within The Heating Season (The Period From November 1 To April 30 Is Considered To Be The Heating Season) Should Be Carried Out When The Average 24-Hour Temperature Of The Outside Air On Three Consecutive Days Is Lower Than +12ºс, And The Shutdown Of The Heating Within The Heating Season When The Average Daily Outdoor Air Temperature Rises Above +12ºс On Three Consecutive Days, Or Upon Written Request From The Contractor Outside The Heating Season. Maintenance, Repair And Adjustment Of The Facilities In The Boiler Plants, In Accordance With The Technical Rules And Regulations For The Design, Construction And Operation Of The Objects And Facilities For The Production, Transmission And Distribution Of Thermal Energy, Determined By The Regulations Under Art. 83, Para. 1, Item 2 And Art. 125, Para. 4 Of The Law On Energy.
