1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System With A Sewage Treatment Plant For The Town Of Zdanów In The Design And Build System. The Order Includes The Preparation Of A Construction And Executive Design Together With Obtaining All Necessary Consents, Decisions And Arrangements, As Well As The Execution Of Complete Construction Works Completed With An Acceptance/Takeover Protocol. To The Extent Required To Obtain An Occupancy Permit. In Particular, The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: − Development Of Complete Design Documentation Necessary For The Execution Of The Works, − Obtaining Legally Required Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions For The Documentation (Including Approval Of The Design And Obtaining A Decision On The Permit For Construction) On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, − Performance Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared And Approved Designs And Documents Constituting The Contract, − Performing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Designed Task; Supervision Will Cover The Entire Industrial Scope Of The Investment Task And Will Be Performed Throughout The Entire Implementation Period, − Management Of Waste Generated During Construction, − Marking Of Facilities, − Carrying Out Final Tests Of Facilities And Installations Implemented Under The Contract And Tests Required For The Treatment Plant (Including Start-Up) And Preparation Of Documents Related To Putting The Sewage Treatment Plant Into Operation, − Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. − Obtaining Final Acceptance, − Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. It Is Assumed That The Sanitary Sewage System Will Be Constructed As A Gravity-Pressure One, Divided Into 2 Catchments With 2 Network Pumping Stations.
