The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Subsequent Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task: Development Of The Public Space Of The Park In Kalinowice And The Playground In Rozmierz. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented On The Municipal Property Marked With Registration Plot No. 101, District 0035 Kalinowice And No. 302, District 0067 Rozmierz. Part Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Area Which Constitutes A Fragment Of The Historic Park In Kalinowice, Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of The Opole Voivodeship By The Decision Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments No. 138/86 Of May 20, 1986. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Two Tasks, I.E.: 1) Development Of The Space Public Park In Kalinowice, 2) Development Of The Public Space Of The Playground In Rozmierz. The Tasks Are Co-Financed On The Basis Of An Agreement Concluded Under The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020. Contractors Submit One Offer For The Implementation Of Both Tasks, For Which One Performance Contract Will Be Concluded.
