The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity In 2025, Including The Sale Of Electricity And The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services For The Municipal Sports And Recreation Center In Bukowno. Electricity Should Meet Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law And Its Implementing Regulations. Detailed Information Regarding Individual Measurement Points Is Presented In The Summary Table Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. A Renewable Energy Installation - Photovoltaic Panels2 - Is Connected To Two Consumption Points. The Supply Of Electricity Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law And In Accordance With The Implementing Regulations Issued To This Act, In Particular The Customer Service Quality Standards Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of March 6, 2019 In On Detailed Rules For Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And Settlements In Electricity Trade3. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Sell Electricity And Provide Electricity Distribution Services To Consumption Points Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Ppe List. The Estimated Energy Consumption During The Term Of The Contract Is Approximately 295 Mwh. The Electricity Consumption Assumed In The Contract Is Indicative Only, Used To Calculate The Estimated Value Of The Contract And Compare Offers. It Does Not Constitute An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase Electricity In The Specified Amount. In The Event Of A Difference Between Planned And Actual Consumption, The Contractor Will Not Pursue Financial Claims Other Than Those Resulting From The Amount Of Energy Consumed. Settlement Of Liabilities Arising From The Sale Of Electricity Will Be Carried Out According To The Indications Of Measurement And Settlement Systems. Settlements For The Distribution Of Electricity Will Be Made On The Basis Of Current Indications Of Measurement And Settlement Systems According To The Fee Rates Resulting From The Submitted Offer And The Tariff Of The Distribution System Operator And The Sellers Tariff. Settlements Related To Electricity Produced In Photovoltaic Installations Will Be Made In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of February 20, 2015 On Renewable Energy Sources (Hereinafter Referred To As The Act On Renewable Energy Sources) And The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Hereinafter Referred To As: Hereinafter: Energy Law) And Implementing Acts For These Acts.
