1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Fish, Fish Products And Frozen Fruit And Vegetables For The Needs Of The Vocational Activity Plant In Czarne. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex 3 To This Swz.2. Food Products Included In The Delivery Should Meet Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System In Mass Catering Establishments, I.E., Among Others: 1) Quality Standards Or Certificates, 2) Labeling, Including The Date Of Minimum Durability And Expiration Date, 3) Appropriate Method Transporting Goods - Maintaining Separate Transport, 4) The Delivered Goods Must Be Free Of Physical And Biochemical Damage That Reduces Its Utility Value, 5) Appropriate Temperature During Transport And Sanitary Conditions Of The Vehicle.3. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Contract Actually Ordered And Delivered. The Obligatory Scope Of The Order, I.E. The Minimum (Guaranteed) Quantities, Is 40% Of The Gross Contract Value.4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using Specialized Transport Adapted To Transport Food, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
