1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Food Products, Hereinafter Referred To As Articles, For The Scientific And Academic Computer Network - National Research Institute, Hereinafter Referred To As Nask - Pib Or The Ordering Party, For The Locations Of Krakow And Wrocław, Together With Bringing Them To The Buildings Indicated By The Ordering Party For A Period Of 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Or Until The Amount Of The Total Maximum Remuneration Indicated In §8 Section 1 Of Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Template Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As The Agreement If It Occurs Before The Expiry Of Its Validity Period.2. The Ordering Party Has Divided This Order Into (2) Two Separate Parts.3. This Part 1 Concerns The Successive Delivery Of The Articles Referred To In Section 4 Below With Payment In The Location Wrocław: Ul. Strzegomska 2-4, 53-611, Wrocław.4. The Maximum Quantities Of Articles Ordered Under Part 1 Are Specified In The Sopz And Below: 1) Nałęczowianka Non-Carbonated Water In A Plastic Bottle Or Equivalent* In The Number Of 1,500 (Bottle Packaging); *The Equivalent Article Has The Same Taste, Quality And Properties As The Article Given As An Example, In Accordance With The Equivalence Criteria Referred To In 1.5 Of Sopz.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part 1 Is Included In Sopz.6. Deadline For Order Completion For Part 1: 1) The Contract Is Valid For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Its Conclusion Or Until The Total Maximum Remuneration Amount Indicated In §8 Section Is Exhausted. 1 Of The Agreement, If It Happens Before The Expiry Of Its Validity Period.2) The Articles Will Be Delivered To The Indicated Location Of The Ordering Party Successively, On The Basis Of Individual Orders Referred To In §7 Section 1 Of The Agreement. The Deadlines For The Completion Of Individual Orders Will Be Indicated Each Time In The Order Form.7. In Cases Where The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Which Would Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, This Means That The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract Using Sufficiently Precise Terms And This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract. In Such Situations, Any References To Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Should Be Read With The Words Or Equivalent.8. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions.
