The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity, Including The Sale Of Electricity And The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services For The Chmielnik Commune And Subordinate Facilities And Infrastructure. List And Characteristics Of Facilities Owned By The Chmielnik Commune And Detailed Information On The Estimated Electricity Consumption In These Facilities, For Individual Tariff Groups In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025, Contains Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Estimated Energy Consumption In The Ordering Partys Facilities During The Order Implementation Period Is 792,284 Kwh. The Forecast Electricity Consumption Provided By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 6 To The Swz Is For Informational Purposes Only, Used To Compare Offers. It Does Not Constitute An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase Electricity In The Specified Amount. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Energy By The Ordering Party. All Ppe Covered By These Proceedings Are Located On The Premises Of Osd Pge Dystrybucja Branch Rzeszów. The Supply Of Electricity And Ensuring The Provision Of Distribution Services By The Contractor Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act On Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended) And In Accordance With The Implementing Regulations Issued To This Act And The Provisions Contained In The Act Of April 23, 1964 - Code Civil (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1061, As Amended).
