The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply (Including Delivery And Provision Of Distribution Services) Of Electricity To 545 Ppe With A Total Estimated Volume Of 507,298 Kwh. The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Provisions Of The European Parliament Act. The Projected Electricity Consumption Is Indicative And May Differ From The Amount Of Energy Actually Consumed During The Contract Period. The Amount Of Electricity Was Estimated Based On Historical Data On Electricity Consumption In The Last 12 Months. The Contractor Should Take Into Account Possible Fluctuations In Electricity Consumption. Reducing Or Increasing The Amount Of Electricity Does Not Entail Any Consequences For The Ordering Party (Customers), Apart From The Need To Pay For The Actually Consumed Amount Of Energy And Transmission Services In Accordance With The Applicable Dso Tariff.
