The Electricity Demand In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025 Is: 762,920 Kwh (Basic Order).3.2. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Value Of The Order (Energy Supply With Distribution Service) By Up To +/- 15% Compared To The Value Of The Basic Order: 3.2.1. The Increase In The Value Of The Order Will Take Place On The Basis Of Option Law. The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor Selected In The Procedure A Power Of Attorney To: 3.6.1. Notification Of The Relevant Distribution System Operator About The Conclusion Of A Comprehensive Electricity Contract And About The Planned Date Of Commencement Of Electricity Sales, 3.6.2. Submitting A Declaration Of Termination Of The Current Comprehensive Agreement For The Ordering Partys Electricity Consumption Points Included In The New Consumption Points, 3.6.3.
