The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Dairy Products. At The Time Of Delivery, The Goods Must Not Have An Expiry Date Shorter Than Half Of The Expiry Date. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Successively, In Batches - According To The Ordering Partys Needs On Working Days From Monday To Friday From 06.40 To 08.15. The Maximum Delivery Time For Successive Deliveries (Each Batch) Is Up To 2 Business Days From Placing An Order In Writing, By E-Mail Or By Phone. The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Goods Free From Defects. If Notified By The Ordering Party (In Writing Or By E-Mail Or By Phone Or In Person Based On A Written Protocol), The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Correct Article(S), I.E. Free From Defects, Within 4 Hours. This Time May Be Shortened In Accordance With The Declaration Submitted In The Offer Form (As Part Of A Non-Price Criterion - Response Time).2.
