Electricity – Electric Energy For The Needs Of The City Of Nitra And The Organizations Established By It. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Electricity In The Amount Of 2,564 Mwh To The Collection Points Listed In Annex No. 1 – Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Of Tender Documents. The Supplier Is Obliged To: A) Supply Electricity To The Customers Om, Connected To The Pds Network, Specified In Annex No. 1 Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, B) If The Customer Is Interested, To Supply The Customer With Electricity To The Customers Om, Connected To The Pds Network And Not Listed In Annex No. 1 Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Supplemented Om), From The Mutually Agreed Date Of Their Addition To The Agreed Date Of Termination Of The Supply Of Electricity, C) Assume Responsibility For The Deviation Of The Customer Vis-À-Vis The Accounting Officer Of The Deviation For Om According To This Agreement From The Date Of The Obligation To Supply The Customer With Electricity For The Given Om Until Until The Agreed Date Of The End Of The Supply Of Electricity, D) Ensure For The Customer The Distribution Of Electricity And Other Services (Administration Of Changes In The Size And Type Of Reserved Capacity Of The Rate) Connected With The Supply Of Electricity From The Relevant Operator Of The Distribution System, E) Guarantee The Continuity Of The Supply Of Electricity For The Entire Time Performance Of The Contract On The Combined Supply Of Electricity, As Well As In The Event Of A Change Of Electricity Supplier, Except For Force Majeure, Planned Shutdowns And Malfunctions, F) Guarantee The Availability Of A Personal Representative Of The Supplier For The Operative Solution Of Technical Problems (Name, Telephone And E-Mail Contact), The Applicant Must Be Able To Provide For The Public Contracting Authority The Function Of Virtual Battery And Electricity Sharing Between The Customers Om, Or The Purchase Of Unused Electricity, At The Collection Points That Will Be Connected To Their Own Photovoltaic Panels. For These Collection Points, The Supplier Undertakes To Conclude A Special Contract With The Customer, Which Will Ensure The Function Of Virtual Battery And Electricity Sharing, Or The Purchase Of Unused Electricity.
