The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Sales And Distribution / Transmission Of Gaseous Fuel (High-Methane Natural Gas Group E) To The Facilities Of The Nursery Complex Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw. The List Of Facilities And Data Regarding The Facilities Is Attached To The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order / Price Calculation Is Attached To The Swz. 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Supply Group E Gas Fuel At A Pressure Of Not Less Than 1.6 Kpa To The Installations Located In The Above-Mentioned Facilities And To Transfer Ownership Of The Gas Fuel Delivered To The Ordering Party. 3. The Forecasted Demand For Natural Gas Of Individual Facilities Covered By The Order Is Indicated In The Annex To The Swz (Opz, Price Calculation). The Forecast Demand For Natural Gas Specified By The Ordering Party Is An Estimate And Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Natural Gas In The Specified Quantity. 4. The Ordering Party Declares That It Is Not An Intermediary Gas Entity (Within The Meaning Of The Excise Duty Act). 5. The Ordering Party Declares That The Gas Fuel Collected Under This Order Is Intended For Heating Purposes For The Needs Of Nurseries And Day Care Centers Referred To In The Act Of February 4, 2011 On The Care Of Children Up To 3 Years Of Age (Declaration For The Purposes Of Calculation Of Excise Duty). 6. The Ordering Party Informs That All Of The Ordering Partys Facilities Are Covered By A Comprehensive Contract For The Sale And Distribution Of Natural Gas Concluded With Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe I Gazownictwo Sa - The Contract Is Valid Until December 31, 2024.
