Correct Performance Of The Service Is Considered To Include: • Checking The Quality Of Dna Samples Provided By The Ordering Party • Next-Generation Ngs Sequencing Of Prepared Preparations Of Bacterial Dna Samples Ensuring The Required Number Of Reads (Min. 50X Coverage) • Third-Generation Ngs Sequencing Of Prepared Preparations For Selected Bacterial Dna Samples • Performing A Bioinformatics Analysis And Providing The Data To The Ordering Party Along With The Final Report. • During The Performance Of The Service, Keeping The Ordering Party Informed About The Progress Of Work On The Ordered Samples And Any Possible Problems, E.G. Regarding The Quality Of The Sent Dna Samples, Via E-Mail Contact.
