The Subject Of This Public Procurement Covers Subscription And Delivery Of Bulgarian And Foreign Periodicals (Newspapers, Magazines And Newsletters) And Subscription For Access To Content Of Foreign Specialized Electronic Publications For The Employees Of The Bulgarian National Bank In 2025 Under Four Separate Positions, As Follows: Item No. 1: Subscription And Delivery Of Foreign Periodicals (Newspapers And Magazines) For 2025. Separate Item No. 2: Subscription For Access To Content Of Foreign Specialized Electronic Publications For 2025. Separate Position No. 3: Subscription And Delivery Of Bulgarian Periodicals (Newspapers, Magazines And Newsletters) For 2025. Separate Item No. 4: Annual Subscription To An International Internet Catalog Of Banknotes For The Needs Of The Department Of The National Analysis Center Of The Issuance-Cash Directorate. Important! The Services Under Separate Items No. 3 And No. 4 Have A Total Value Of Bgn 32,600 Without Vat And On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Ppa Will Be Awarded According To The Order Valid For Their Individual Value (According To Art. 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 Of The Ppa). The Value Of The Services For The Separate Items, Which Will Be Awarded In The Order Valid For Their Individual Value, Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464 Excluding Vat And The Total Estimated Value For The Items / Items No. 3 And No. 4/ Does Not Exceed 20 Percent From The Total Estimated Value Of The Order In The Amount Of Bgn 190,600 Excluding Vat. The Participants In The Present Public Procurement Procedure Should Not Submit Bids Within The Procedure For Separate Position No. 3 And Separate Position No. 4.
