Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of 7 Sets Of A Virtual Shooting Range, I.E. A Multimedia Shooting Training And Training System Based On Virtual Reality And Using Laser (...)
Iii. Scope Of Opz: 1) Purchase, Transport And Unloading, Assembly And Launch Of 7 Sets Of Virtual Shooting Range (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Shooting Range), I.E. A Multimedia Shooting Training And Training System Based On Virtual Reality And Using Laser Weapon Simulators Equipped With Laser Devices; 2) Training Up To 35 Designated Representatives Of The Ordering Party In The Commissioning, Operation, Operation And Maintenance Of The Shooting Range; And Providing A Warranty For The Delivered Shooting Range Sets. Iv. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Shooting Range Provided As Part Of The Procedure Will Be Intended For Learning And Improving Skills In The Following Areas: 1) Safe Use Of Weapons, Including Manual Operation; 2) Aiming Using Various Types Of Mechanical Sights And Collimators With Low Magnifications; 3) Observation Exercises - Detection, Recognition And Identification Of Targets; 4) Conducting Accurate Fire From Various Positions, At Various Distances, Including At Moving Targets; Appearing In Changing Lighting Conditions And Limited Visibility; 5) Joint Performance By Several Shooters Using Several Provided Virtual Shooting Sets Of Shooting Tasks Of Varying Degrees Of Complexity, Including Those Enabling The Organization Of Multi-Station Competitions/Competitions.2. Each Of The Shooting Ranges (Sets) Delivered As Part Of The Order Must Meet At Least The Following Requirements And Have At Least The Following Properties And Functionality And Meet At Least The Parameters Listed Below.2.1. Sets Of Virtual Shooting Ranges (Each System Delivered): 1) Which Must Include Multimedia Systems And Laser Weapon Simulators: A) Having: Ce Certificate/Declaration Of Conformity For A Product Introduced Or Made Available On The Market Of The European Economic Area Confirming The Compliance Of The Product With The Requirements Contained In The Provisions Of The New Directive Approaches Within The Scope Of Directives Corresponding To The Design Of The Product; B) Having Appropriate Documents Confirming That Class I (First) Lasers Were Used In The Shooting Ranges, In Accordance With The Pn-En 60825-1:2014 Standard; C) Must Be Safe For The User. 2) Will Operate In Based On Virtual Reality And Use Laser Simulators (Replicas) Of Small Arms Equipped With Class I Laser Devices Emitting A Beam Of Light In The Invisible Band (Standard Pn-En 60825-1: 2014);3) Will Be Powered By A 230 V Electrical Network,4) Will Be Equipped With A Graphical User Interface In Polish, With Automatic Image Calibration, 5) They Must Be Fully Mobile, With Dimensions And Weight Allowing For Easy Carrying And Transportation, 6) The Device Will Be Easy To Adapt To Work In The Event Of Needs For Ad Hoc Use In Other Rooms, In Including In Changing Lighting Conditions, 7) Will Have The Possibility Of Expanding The Device With Further Modules By Connecting, E.G. Via A Lan, In Order To Expand The Training Functionality Of The Virtual Shooting Range, :8) Will Be Equippe
