In The Event Of Extension Of Tariff Protection Until 2025, The Ordering Party Expects The Application Of A Unit Price For The Supply Of Gas Fuel In Accordance With The Regulations Contained In The Act. Such A Declaration Was Submitted To The Current Contractor. For The Purposes Of These Proceedings, The Ordering Party Assumed The Expected Consumption Of Natural Gas Over A Period Of 12 Months. The Indicated Consumption Is Indicative Only, Used To Compare Offers And In No Case Constitutes An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Natural Gas In The Specified Quantity. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Collect The Estimated Amount Of Natural Gas. Settlement Of Liabilities Arising From The Sale Of Natural Gas Will Take Place According To The Readings Of Measurement Systems.
