The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Cleaning Products And Cleaning Materials To Primary School No. 1. M. Kopernika In Ropczyce, Ul. Wyspiańskiego 8, 39-100 Ropczyce. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Successively In The Form Of Partial Orders In Accordance With The Needs Reported By Educational Units, Which Will Be Forwarded To The Contractor By Authorized Persons. Delivery Of Cleaning Products And Materials Will Be Made At The Expense And Risk Of The Supplier Based On Orders Placed By Phone, E-Mail/Online Or In Writing. Delivery Of The Ordered Funds Should Take Place Within The Time Specified In The Offer Form. The Costs Of Delivery, Securing The Goods, Insurance For The Duration Of Transport, Unloading And Bringing Them To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party Are Borne By The Contractor. If Smaller Quantities Are Delivered Than Required By The Ordering Party Or Are Inconsistent With The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Replenish The Missing Quantities At His Own Expense (Transport) Or Replace The Incorrectly Delivered Order No Later Than On The Next Day. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, And The Size Of Orders Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Order In Terms Of Quantity, Make Quantitative Shifts Between The Items Of The Subject Of The Order According To Current Needs And The Appropriateness Of Their Purchase As Part Of The Basic Order Included In The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Entire Subject Of The Order During The Term Of The Contract If Its Needs Are Lower Than The Number Of Products Indicated In The Price Form. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Measures In Accordance With The Applicable Pn Standards, Approvals, Marketing Authorization Certificates, Health Quality Certificates, And Quality Certificates Issued By The National Institute Of Hygiene. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Products. The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Include Minimum Requirements, Which Means That The Contractor Can Offer The Subject Of The Order With Better Technical Parameters. The Contractor Is Responsible For Quality And Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order. All Proper Names Used In The Description, Defining The Type Of Product Or Manufacturer, Are Provided As Examples, And Their Indication Is Intended To Determine The Minimum Expected Quality, Functional And Utility Parameters Of The Product. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Their Description
