The Needs And Division Of Responsibilities Regarding The System To Be Procured Are Described In The Appendices Of This Request For Tender. The Acquired System Must Meet The Requested Needs, Requirements And Division Of Responsibilities From 1 April 2025. In Other Words, The Bidder Undertakes That When Responding To This Request For Tenders With Its Offer, All The Needs, Requirements And Division Of Responsibilities Presented In The Request For Tenders Will Be Fulfilled In The Manner Offered, And They Must Be Used By The Client At The Start Of The Contract Period And Other Dates. For The Sake Of Clarity, It Is Stated That The Above-Mentioned Requirement, Regarding Readiness On April 1, 2025, Concerns Matters That Are Of More Than Minor Importance For The Use Of The Subscribers System Service To Support The Subscribers Business. If The Importance Of The Claim To The Customer Is Minor, The Completion Of The Matter Can Be Agreed Between The Contracting Parties In Good Cooperation To Be Completed During The Year 2025. For The Sake Of Clarity, It Is Also Stated That If The System Service Is Not Available To The Subscriber In The Schedule Stated In This Paragraph For A Reason Attributable To The Provider, The Provider Is Obliged To Compensate The Subscriber For The Additional Costs Incurred Due To The Schedule Delay. In Addition, It Is Stated That A Slight Delay In Functionality Is Not Considered A Delay, If The Contracting Parties Have Mutually Agreed On The Delay.
