The Techiman North District Assembly hereby invites sealed Tenders from eligible tenderers. Interested Tenderers will be required to submit the following statutory Documents: Valid SNNIT Clearance Certificate Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Clearance Certificate Valid Registrar Generals Registration Certificate (With evidence of current annual renewal receipt) Valid VAT Certificate Valid PPA supplier certificate 3. Tendering will be conducted under the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana and is open to all eligible firms as defined in the Tender Document. 4. Tender documents (and additional information) may be inspected and purchased at the Procurement office, Techiman North District Assembly, Tuobodom BE/R for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH500.00) starting from 15th October, 2024 on working days between the hours of 8:30am 5:00pm. 5. Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Two (2%) Percent of the Tender amount in the form of Bank Guarantee, Certified Cheque or Bid Bond from a reputable financial institution/ reputable insurance firm. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline for Tender submission. 6.
