Tenders are invited for Supply and Distribute 600no. Dual Desk Furniture to 15 Basic Schools Closing Date: 05th November, 2024 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Supply and distribute 600No. Dual Desk Furniture to 15 Basic Schools Additional Information: 2. The Builsa North Municipal Assembly, therefore, invites sealed Tenders from eligible qualified Tenderers for the supply of the above mentioned items. 3. Interested tenderers may obtain further information, inspect and purchase tender documents on the projects as indicated and described in the above table on week days between the hours of 8:30am to 5:00 pm at the address and the location indicated below. 4. Tendering shall be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the guidelines of Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 5. A complete set of tender document in English may be purchased by interested tenderers upon submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH500.00) for each document 5. Tenderers must provide the following statutory documents: Valid Business Registration Certificate (with Current Annual Renewal Receipt) Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Tax Clearance Certificate Valid Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Tax Clearance Registration Certificate Valid VAT Registration Certificate Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate 6. Completed and sealed tenders documents, marked with appropriate contract package number and bearing the address below shall be deposited into the tender box in the Municipal Assembly hall on or before Tuesday, 5th November, 2024 at 10:00am. Late Tenders shall be rejected. 7. Tenders shall be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the tender price and valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of tender submission from any insurance company of good standing with the Ghana Insurance Commission 8. Tenders will be opened in the presence of all tenderers or their representatives who chose to attend. 9. Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information from the office of the Municipal Coordinating Director, Sandema.
