The Purpose Of This Rfi Is To Gather Information That May Be Useful To Bccnm With Respect To A Potential Future Procurement Or Other Process Or Initiative. This Rfi Is Not: (I) A Tender Notice Or Call For Tenders; (Ii) A Notice Of Intended Procurement; Or (Iii) A Notice Of Planned Procurement.This Rfi Seeks Information From Microsoft Partners Across Three Service Pillars: Productivity And Enterprise Content Management (See Section 1.4 Below) Technical Services (See Section 1.5 Below)Employee Communications And Engagement (See Section 1.6 Below)In General, Bccnm Is Looking For Information About How It Might Achieve The Following Objectives Across These Pillars To:Across All Service Pillars, Create An Integrated Roadmap To Bccnm’S Desired Future State And Implement A Program Of Rapid Change That Reflects A Holistic Design Of In-Scope Microsoft Services;Provide A User Friendly And Optimized End-To-End User Experience, Enabling New Levels Of Efficiency, Collaboration, And Access To Information To Bccnm Staff; And, Where Possible, Is Executed Through The Introduction Of “Bite-Sized” Changes At A Frequent Cadence; Provide A Simplified Architecture Based On Microsoft Platforms, Taking Full Advantage Of “Out-Of-The-Box” Integration Capabilities; Manage The Accelerated Pace And Volume Of Change Impacting The Related Microsoft Cloud Components; Provide Advice And Support For Moving To A Cloud Operating Model And Applying That Model To Utilize Platform Capabilities, Thereby Improving Processes And Gaining Efficiencies; Provide Active Guidance, Materials, And Practices Around Adoption Of Services, In Recognition That Business Value Is Achieved Through Adoption; Ensure Risk Is Managed Regarding The Controlled Introduction Of Services And Changes;Improve The Approach, Governance, And Coordination Between The Bccnm Teams Related To The Introduction, Management, And Operation Of These Services And Changes; Provide Staff Augmentation In Specific Areas When Bccnm Needs Additional Capacity To Execute; Support Bccnm In Managing The Cost Of Cloud Services, Particularly In Areas Where A “Pay As You Go” Cost Structure Is In Place; Andmaximize The Return On Bccnm’S Investment In The In-Scope Components Of The Microsoft Platform, Including The Investment In Enterprise Agreement/ Microsoft E5 Enterprise Licencing, As Described At Microsoft 365 Enterprise Landscape | M365 Maps(Https://M365maps.Com/Files/Microsoft-365-Enterprise-Landscape.Htm). In Addition To The Above List, Bccnm Is Interested In Learning How A Contractor Could Support Bccnm To Extract The Full Value Of Microsoft’S Copilot Family Of Ai Capabilities Across All Service Pillars And Solutions. This Includes But Is Not Limited To Responsible Use Of Copilot To Streamline Everyday Tasks And Reduce Administrative Burdens And Otherwise Improve Employee Experience, Efficiency, And Effectiveness.In Each Pillar, It Is Expected That Services Would Consist Of A Mix Of Projects And An Iterative Approach To Improving Ongoing Operations.
