The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Fine Coal To The School Complex In Grodzisk, Together With Transport And Unloading With The Following Technical And Operational Parameters: 1) Calorific Value (Qri) Minimum 24 Mj/Kg2) Ash Content (Non-Flammable Parts) (Ar) - Below 12%3) Sulfur Content (Srt) - Max 0.6%4) Humidity - Max 16%5) Granulation (Grain Size) - 3 - 31.5 Mm, Including: - Oversize Content - Max 5% - Undergrain Content - Max 15%2. The Subject Of The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. The Ordering Party Awards The Contract In Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. 3. Deliveries Of Fine Coal, Including Transport And Unloading, Will Be Carried Out By Self-Unloading Vehicles With Protection Of The Transported Fine Coal Against The Influence Of Weather Conditions, In A Way That Prevents The Loss Of Utility Values. Place Of Delivery: The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party. 4. Estimated Total Quantity Of Coal Dust Delivered - 180 Tons. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In The Offer Form In The Annex To The Contract, As Well As To Limit The Subject Of The Contract, But In Each Case The Ordering Party Undertakes To Realize At Least 50% Of The Gross Value Of The Contract Indicated In § 3 Section 2 Contracts. 5.
