Tenders are invited for Replacement of Defective Mosaic Tiles at the Accident & Emergency (A&E) Centre and New Mortuary (External Works) Closing Date: 30th October, 2024 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Replacement of defective mosaic tiles at the Accident & Emergency (A&E) Centre and New Mortuary (External Works) Additional Information: Interested firms are hereby invited to participate in the tendering process by applying to the Director of Administration, KATH for a set of tender document at a non-refundable fee of GH¢ 500.00 cash for each document. 1. This invitation is open to firms registered in Ghana whose object clause permits them to execute such works. 2. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Prospective tenderers would be required to submit their tenders with the following mandatory requirements, which shall be used as criteria for preliminary selection: i. Company Registration Certificate (with current renewal receipt) ii. Ministry of Works and Housing Classification Certificate (D3K3) iii. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate iv. Valid SSNIT Contribution Certificate v. Valid Labour Certificate vi. Valid PPA Contractor Registration Certificate 3. Tenderers shall be required to submit a tender security of 2% of the total tender price as part of the tender. 4. Interested tenderers are advised to inspect copies of the tender document at the Procurement Unit, KATH from 8:00 am to 4:00pm before they purchase the set of tender document. 5. Tenderers are required to submit their tenders at the Office of the Director of Administration, KATH. Closing date for tender submission is Wednesday, 30th October, 2024 at 10:00 am GMT 6. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 180 days after the Tender opening 7.
