Tenders are invited for Insulation and Cladding of Chilled Water Line and Fresh Air Duct Line at 2kk1 Machine Room in Passenger Terminal Building, Bia, Katunayake Bids should be submitted on Documents obtained from the Division of Supply Chain Management, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake on a cash Three Thousand Five Hundred (Rs. 3,500.00) being a non-refundable Bidding Document Fee, together with an official letter of request, issued by the Bidder. Bidding Documents may be purchased between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any working day from 22.10.2024 up to 11.11.2024 from the Office of Supply Chain Management Division, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake. The Bidding documents will be available for inspection free of charge at the office of the Supply Chain Management Division of Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake. Bids should be deposited in the box provided for this purpose at Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake. If Bidders are so desire, they may personally hand over the sealed Bids to above address and obtain an acknowledgement Bids will be closed at 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday the 12th November 2024 and will be opened immediately thereafter at the Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, Sri Lanka. Bidders or their duly authorized representatives may be present at the time of opening of Bids. An on-demand Bid Security equivalent to Sri Lankan Rupees Two Hundred Thousand (Rs. 200,000.00) in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a Bank approved by the Central Bank and operating in Sri Lanka and payable to Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited should be submitted with the Bid.
