Tenders are invited for Provision of Janitorial and Cleaning Services for Ancillary Buildings and Their Precincts at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) Katunayake For the Period of Two Years Bids should be made on the documents obtainable from the office of Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Ltd, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake. A Photostat copy of the official receipt obtained for payment of the non-refundable Bid fee of Sri Lankan Rupees Fifty Five Thousand (Rs. 55,000.00) should be attached to the Bid. Bidder should have satisfactorily carried out a similar service to the value of Sri Lankan Rupees Six Million (Rs. 6,000,000.00) or over per month for the immediate past 2 years up to the date of closing of this bid and documentary proof be submitted Bid Guarantee Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of cash or, on-demand Bank guarantee issued by a licensed commercial bank or a licensed specialized bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank and payable in favour tochairman Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Pvt) Limited equivalent in value of Sri Lankan Rupees Six Million (Rs 6,000,000.00). Failure to submit the bid guarantee along with the Bid will result in the bid being rejected. The bid guarantee shall be valid for one hundred & fifty Days (150) from the date of closing of bids. Bid guarantees from unsuccessful bidders will be returned to them after an award is made to the successful bidder.
