Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services to Undertake a Feasibility Study on Establishment of a Regional E-Waste Management Centre Together, These Projects Advance the Digital Economy and Foster Greater Circularity in the Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) Value Chain, Leading to Positive Outcomes for Both the People and the Planet. Therefore, Parts of These Funds will be Used to Contract a Consultancy to Undertake a Feasibility Study on the Establishment of a Regional E-Waste Management Centre. The Services Included under the Phase 1 of the HDMI Aims to Strengthen Development of More Deeply Integrated Economies across the Horn of Africa Region, through Creation of a Single Digital Market across Djibouti, Ethiopia, Somalia, South Sudan and Sudan. These Align with the IGAD Regional Infrastructure Master Plan, IGAD Vision 2050, the African Union (AU) Digital Transformation Strategy for Africa (2020-2030), and the Un Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS).
