Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter Ab Has An Overall Energy Development Project With The Aim Of Reducing Energy Use Within The Property Portfolio And Contributing To Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter And Huddinge Municipality Reaching Their Sustainability Goals. The Project Is Divided Into Different Phases And Stages. The First Phase Of Energy Mapping Of Some Of The Properties Has Already Been Procured. This Procurement Intends To Adopt A Contractor To, In Collaboration With The Client, Carry Out Planning And Then Execution Of Measures In Part Of The Property Holdings. The Implementation Phase Is Planned To Take Place In Several Sub-Projects Which Are Partly Running In Parallel. Contract Terms Are Planned With Abk 09 As The Basis For Planning And Abt 06 As The Basis For Execution. Ceiling Volume Sek 150 Million. The Measures Focus Primarily On Energy Efficiency Through Installation Measures, But Construction Measures Also Occur.
