The Contract Is A Framework Agreement Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L. 2125-1, R. 2142-9, R. 2162-1 Et Seq., And Giving Rise To The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R. 2162 -7 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code, It Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 2,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration Of The Contract.
