According To Art. 160 Paragraph (2) Of Law No. 98/2016 Regarding Public Procurement (As Amended By Government Emergency Ordinance No. 107/2017), In Conjunction With The Provisions Of Art. 27 Of Government Decision No. 395/2016, The Contracting Authority Will Respond To Requests For Clarifications (If They Were Received In Time), On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers In The Notice Of Participation.
