Casino Operating Services – Public Service Concession For The Management And Operation Of The Casino (Games, Entertainment, Catering) In Canet En Roussillon. The Management And Commercial Operation Of The Service Including: 1) The Management Of Games, The Restaurant And Entertainment 2) The Obligation For The Concessionaire To Operate The Work And Its Installations In Accordance With The Regulations In Force During The Duration Of The Contract 3) The Obligation For The Concessionaire To: Ensure The Care Of The Installations Under Its Responsibility, Ensure The Surveillance Of The Installations Under Its Responsibility, Ensure The Proper Maintenance Of The Works, Equipment And Materials Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Casino (Games, Entertainment, Catering), The Supply Of The Necessary Equipment And Materials To The Proper Operation Of The Casino 4) The Obligation For The Concessionaire To Contribute To The Tourist Development And Cultural And Artistic Entertainment Of The Municipality 5) The Obligation For The Concessionaire To Organize Attractive Entertainment For The Casino By Organizing Shows, Concerts, Events, Etc. 6) The Right For The Concessionaire To Collect From Users The Remuneration Provided For By Its Activity, Subject To Payment Of The Sums Due To The Municipality. 7) The Obligation To Make The Investments Necessary For Public Service. Management Of The Service Is Ensured By The Concessionaire At Its Own Risk, In Accordance With The Rules Of The Art, With The Aim Of Ensuring The Conservation Of Heritage, The Rights Of Third Parties And The Quality Of Service. It Will Be Up To The Future Concessionaire To Request The Necessary Authorizations And Their Renewals Throughout The Contract, Allowing It To Operate The Casino And Gaming Activity. An Agreement For The Occupation Of The Public Domain, Inseparable From The Concession Relating To The Building, Will Be Signed Concurrently With The Public Service Concession. The Maximum Duration Of The Concession Is Six Years (Initial Duration Of Four Years, With 2 Possible Extensions Of 1 Year, Provided For In The Draft Contract)
