The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Ordering Party With Support For Maintaining The Network In The Technology Areas On The Terms Specified In The Agreement And Its Annexes, Which Is Primarily Intended To Ensure The Correct And Uninterrupted Operation Of Each Technology Area. The Ordering Party Uses Only The Trademarks Of Technologies/Systems At Its Disposal. The Subject Of The Order Is Not The Purchase Of Any Described Technology, But Only The Provision Of Support For The Technologies That The Ordering Party Has In Its Possession. Support For The Maintenance Of Technology Areas Is Valid For 12 Months Or Until The Remuneration Limit Referred To In § 5 Section Is Exhausted. 3 Of The Agreement, Whichever Comes First. As Part Of The Support Service, The Contractor Will Ensure The Correct And Uninterrupted Operation Of Individual Technology Areas By: 1) Removing Errors; 2) Providing Consultations, Advice And Recommendations To The Ordering Partys Employees, Performing Proactive Periodic Inspections, Configuring The Software, Implementing Patches And Software Updates, Upgrading The Software Version, Performing Own Backup Copies And Restoring Technology Areas
