Task No. 1 Supply Of Natural Gas For Facilities Not Covered By Tariff Protection. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas From Group E, Including Sales And Distribution Services Of Gas Fuel For Facilities Owned By The City Of Rydułtowy. 2. The Natural Gas Supplied By The Contractor Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Energy Law And Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, As Well As Other Related Acts Of Applicable Law And Polish Standards. 3. The Ordering Party Currently Has Concluded Comprehensive Agreements For The Sale Of Gas Fuel With Pgnig Obrót Detaliczny Spółka Z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością With Its Registered Office In Warsaw At Ul. Jana Kazimierza 3, 01-248 Warszawa For The Sale And Distribution Of Natural Gas To The Consumption Points Specified In Tasks No. 1 And 2. The Contracts Are Concluded For A Fixed Period Until December 31, 2024. The Ordering Party Is Once Again Carrying Out The Procedure For Changing The Supplier. After Completing The Procedure, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected With All Data Necessary For The Contractor To Carry Out The Seller Change Procedure. 4. All Points Covered By The Proceedings Are Subordinated To Polska Spółka Gazownictwa, Zakład Gazowniczy Branch In Zabrze. 5. The Ordering Party Informs That It Is The Final Recipient. In The Event Of A Change Of The Seller, The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor A Power Of Attorney To Change The Seller On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. 6. The Ordering Party Currently Does Not Have Promotional Offers And Is Not A Member Of Loyalty Programs. 7. The Contractor Will Prepare Contract Templates For Individual Units, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz And Guidelines Regarding Persons Representing Customers And Gas Devices That Are Gas Receivers, Provided After The Selection Of The Contractor. 8. Settlements Will Be Made Based On Actual Gas Consumption In Individual Facilities, In Accordance With Meter Readings, In Settlement Periods Consistent With The Distribution System Tariff And According To The Unit Price Resulting From The Contractors Offer. 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Consent To Receiving Forecast Invoices In All Tariff Groups. 10. The Ordering Party Is Not A Payer Of Excise Tax. 11. The Structure Of Gas Fuel Consumption, Along With Information On What Purpose The Purchased Gas Fuel Will Be Used For, Is Described In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 12. The Indicated Consumption Is Estimated And Indicative, Which Is Only Used For Valuation And Then Comparison Of Offers, And Consequently Does Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Gas In The Given Quantity, Which May Increase Or Decrease (+/- 10%) During The Contract Implementation Period. , And Settlement Will Be Made According To The Actual Gas Consumption In Individual Facilities, In Accordance With Meter Readings, In The Settlement Periods Adopted For A Given Tariff. 13.
