The Subject Of The Order In This Procedure Is The Delivery And Installation Of A Comprehensive Next-Generation Sequencing Device, Described In Detail In The Terms Of Reference (Swz), Annex No. 2 - Form Of Required Technical Parameters And The Contractors Offer, Also Known As The Equipment/Device. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Deliver A Comprehensive Next-Generation Sequencing Device, With The Properties And Configuration Specified In Annex No. 2 - Form Of Required Technical Parameters. 2) Delivery Of An External Ups Protecting The Device Specified In Item 1). Against A Drop/None Of Electrical Voltage. 3) Installation, Commissioning, Configuration, Carrying Out Necessary Tests And Measurements, And Carrying Out Acceptance Tests; 4) Providing An Integration License For The Offered Solution And Performing Integration With The Lis Patarch Class System Owned By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Undertakes To Cooperate With Medlan Sp. Z O. O., The Manufacturer Of Lis Patarch, In The Implementation Of Integration. All Costs Related To The Delivery Of The License For Integrating The Offered Solution With Lis Patarch Are Borne By The Contractor. The Contractor Also Covers The Costs Of The Offered Solution. The Ordering Party Expects The Following Integration Functionalities: • Integration Should Be Based On The Hl7 Protocol And/Or Web Services; • Sending Test Orders Via The Lis Patarch System To The Offered Device At The Time Of Ordering Or By Downloading The Worklist From Lis Patarch By The Device; Sending A Report On The Performed Test In Pdf And/Or Text Format, Divided Into Attributes; • The Sent Reports/Messages/Data Contain Elements That Allow Them To Be Clearly Linked To The Appropriate Lis Patarch Case 5) Training Of Technical Staff In Basic Operation, Operation And Maintenance Of The Device For At Least 2 People.
