Endangered Species Protection Services – Catching Of Clawed Predators In 2025-2027. The Subject Of The Order Is The Catching Of Clawed Predators In Live Traps In The Ruszów Forest District In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To March 31, 2027, Excluding The Period From April 1 To June 30 Each Year. 1) The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A. Setting 18 Live Traps In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, However, During The Term Of The Contract, The Location Of Live Traps Will Depend On The Activity Of Birds Of Prey And May Change; B. Supplying Live Traps With Bait Birds (Pigeons) At The Expense And Effort Of The Contractor; C. Daily Feeding Of Birds Serving As Bait And Water; D. Replacing Live Bait (Eliminating Stress Caused By Predator Attacks) - Every 2 Weeks; E. Keeping Places Where Live Bait Is Kept Clean; F. Daily Inspection Of All Live Traps; G. If The Presence Of A Clawed Predator Is Found In The Trap, Immediately Notify The Ordering Party. 2) During The Period Of Frost, When The Daily Air Temperature Reaches Values Lower Than -8° C, Bait Birds Should Be Removed From The Area Where The Traps Are Placed So That They Are Not Exposed To Frost; 3) Catching Of Predators, And Thus Control, Will Take Place Within The Dates Specified In Separate Decisions And Regulations - Decisions Of The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection And The General Directorate For Environmental Protection Regarding The Dates Of Catching. Catching Is Possible Outside The Breeding Season, Or After Obtaining A Separate Permit, Throughout The Calendar Year.
