1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Electroacoustic Services For Program And Non-Program Events As Well As Servicing Of Electroacoustic Equipment. The Ordering Party Shall Provide The Equipment Necessary To Complete The Order.2. The Ordering Party Plans To Execute The Order In The Following Hourly Schedule: - Event Management - Between 260 And 360 Hours Per Month - Equipment Maintenance - Between 30 And 55 Hours Per Month The Contractor Will Ensure 24/7 Availability. A Detailed Description And Scope Of Services Is Set Out In Annex No. 10 To Swz.4. Additional Obligations Of The Contractor Resulting From The Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employs On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465), I.E. Employees/Employees Directly Performing Work Related To The Execution Of The Order Consisting Of: - Operating Equipment, Including Acoustic, Lighting , Digital Cinema And Multimedia - Audiovisual Equipment Service. The Above Condition Will Be Met By Establishing An Employment Relationship With New Employees/Employees Or Appointing Employees/Employees Already Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Complete The Order.
