Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Firm (National) (Lump-Sump) Title Of Service: Training Management System (TMS) Upgradation & Maintenance Brief Description of Assignment: Training Management System (TMS) Upgradation & Maintenance (Details are provided in Terms of Reference (ToR). For Terms of Reference (TOR), Please visit: www.sicip.gov.bd). Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: Minimum Qualification criteria: 1. Must have minimum of 10 (Ten) years experience in Software development/IT/ITES business in Bangladesh; 2. Must have experience of completing similar nature of service at least 02 (Two) large scale/ nationwide software development, implementation and maintenance service amounting taka 5,00,00,000 (Five Crores) with the Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous/Private Organization of Bangladesh either combined or separately, where designing, developing and implementing Web based Application/ Mobile Application/ Desktop based Application is included. 3. Must have had an average annual turnover above TK 5,00,00,000 (Five Crores) in the last 02 (two) financial years. Must submit financial audit report showing annual turnover in this regard; 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 5,00,00,000 (Five Crores) 5. Availability of appropriate skills/ experts among staff demonstrated capacity to handle such assignment in terms of resources; 6. Updated Trade license, VAT & IT certificates. 7. Must have updated BASIS membership and ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified. A shortlist of consulting firms will be prepared upon evaluation of EoIs of the eligible applicants and a request for proposal document will be issued in their favor. The tentative duration of the contract is 53 (Fifty Three) months.
