5.4.1 Part 1 - Delivery Of Food Products: Spices, Dry Goods (Flour, Sugar, Groats And Others), Cans, Jars, Bottles (Jam, Oil, Compote And Others) In Accordance With The Assortment And Price Form - Annex No. 1A/1. 5.4.1.1 The Contractor Must Be Available On Every Working Day. The Ordering Party Will Not Adjust Delivery Dates To The Contractors Logistics And Distribution Capabilities. 5.4.1.2 Details Regarding The Quantity And Assortment Of Unit Deliveries Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Weekly Menus, Created On An Ongoing Basis, According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party. 5.4.1.3 Foodstuffs Should Be Delivered In Original, Intact Packaging Containing Factory Markings, I.E. Type, Name Of The Product, Quantity, Expiration Date, Not Shorter Than ¾ Of The Date Counted From The Date Of Production, Marked By The Manufacturer On The Delivered Article, Name And Manufacturers Address And Other Markings In Accordance With Applicable Food Law Provisions. 5.4.1.4 Estimated Frequency Of Deliveries: 5 Times A Week, No Later Than 6:30 - 7:00.
