The Subject Of The Procurement Contract Is The Rental Of Computers That Meet The Conditions Specified In The Technical Description For 53 (Fifty Three) Months With Transportation And Warranty Service. The Procurement Contract Will Be Concluded With One Successful Bidder. The Procurer Has The Right To Reject The Tenders In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 116 Of The Rhs. In Case Of Justified Necessity, The Procurer May, On Its Own Initiative, Declare The Procurement Procedure Invalid. A Justified Need Can Be Above All, But Not Only:- If There Is A Need To Significantly Change The Subject Of The Procurement Contract;- If The Conditions Underlying The Execution Of The Public Procurement Have Changed Significantly And Therefore The Conclusion Of The Procurement Contract Turns Out To Be Unnecessary Or Impossible;- If It Is Not Possible To Eliminate The Inconsistencies That Appeared In The Procurement Procedure And The Procurement Procedure Therefore Also Legally Complete.- If Only One Bid Is Recognized As Appropriate, The Procuring Entity Has The Right To Declare The Procurement Procedure Invalid Due To Lack Of Competition.
