This Public Procurement Is Awarded In Accordance With § 1, Para. 1 Of The Transitional And Final Provisions Of Decision No. 502 Of July 18, 2024 Of The Council Of Ministers Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, On The Assignment Of A Service Of General Economic Interest To Bulgarian Post Ead - Cash Exchange Of Banknotes And Coins From Levs Into Euros, Through Post Offices On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. As Of The Opening Date Of This Public Procurement, Funding Has Not Been Secured, In Connection With Which The Provision Of Art. 114 Of The Public Procurement Act Is Applicable. Within The Framework Of The Order, Vacuuming Machines Should Be Supplied For The Activity Of The Specialized Units At Bulgarian Post Ead. The Type, Terms And Parameters Of The Activities To Be Performed By The Contractor Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 To This Announcement.
