The Subject Of The Order Is: Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas E (Gz-50) To 23 Consumption Points Operated By The Liszki Commune. 2. Natural Gas Should Be Supplied In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular Under The Conditions Specified By The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Items 266, 834, 859), The Code Civil Law And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. The Liszki Commune, As A Public Administration Unit, Is Exempt From Excise Tax. The Gas Will Be Used For Own Needs. 3. The Order Should Be Performed For A Period Of 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Commencement Of Gas Supplies, Provided That The Provision Of The Comprehensive Service Will Commence No Earlier Than On The Date Of Commencement Of The Provision Of The Distribution Service By The Dso Under The Contract. 4. For The Purposes Of These Proceedings, The Ordering Party Assumed The Expected Consumption Of Natural Gas During One Year At The Level Of 3,508,626 Kwh (With A Conversion Factor Of 11.129 Kwh/M3). 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Terminate Comprehensive Contracts Concluded For An Indefinite Period. 7. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 8. Place Of Implementation: The Area Of The Liszki Commune.
