Stage I Includes In Particular: 1) Sale, Delivery, Arrangement, Installation, Configuration And Commissioning Of Two (2) Brand New Production Printing Devices Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex 1 To The Ppu, To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Deliveries At The Mandate Center In Nysa; 2) Sale, Delivery, Arrangement, Installation, Configuration And Commissioning Of Two (2) Brand New Enveloping Devices Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex 1 To The Ppu, To The Delivery Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Mandate Center In Nysa; 3) Conducting Free Training For At Least Six Users/Operators And Three Administrators In The Ongoing Operation Of The Delivered Devices At The Installation Site, After Installation And Commissioning; 4) Conducting Free Training For At Least Six Users/Operators And Three Administrators In The Advanced Operation Of The Delivered Devices And The Software Installed On The Delivered Device (Device System Software) At The Installation Site, After Installation And Commissioning; Stage Ii Includes, In Particular, The Provision Of Comprehensive Service, Technical And It Support For Purchased Printing Devices And Enveloping Devices As Well As The Software (Hereinafter Referred To As The System) Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract, Including, Among Others: 1) Provision Of Service Services For Printing Devices; 2) Provision Of Servicing Of Enveloping Devices; 3) Ensuring The Ongoing Operation Of The Devices, Including The Supply Of Consumables And Provision Of Spare Materials, Including All Parts Used During Printing And Enveloping (The Exception Is Paper And Envelopes, Which Will Be Delivered By The Ordering Party); 4) Maintenance And Development, Including Necessary Updates Of The Software Supporting The System; 5) Support For Changing The Version/Content Of Existing Forms In The Workflow Used In The Mandate Center; 6) Support From The Manufacturer Of The Accuriopro Flux Software Installed On The Fujitsu Primergy Rx2540m2 Server And Planetpress Connect Installed On The Hp Proliant Dl 360 Gen 10 Server, Along With Workflow For Forms Throughout The Entire Contract Period. A) Behavioral Letters With Sorting And Enveloping These Documents Into Common Envelopes To The Same Recipient, And Combined Streams Enabling Sorting And Enveloping Documents Into Common Envelopes To The Same Recipient, B) Reminders And C) Rnp Notifications. 7) Contract Management Support, 8) Training And Knowledge Transfer
