Tenders are invited for Repairing of Computers, Roneo Machines, Photocopiers, Typewriters and Calculators Self-prepared applications as per the Specimen given below or applications from the Accounts Division of the District Secretariat or downloaded from the www.hambantota.dist.gov.lk website and the application should be duly perfected and sent to the District Secretary, District Secretariat, Magam-Ruhunupura Administrative Complex, Hambantota by registered post or handed over to Supplies Officer of the Accounts Division to reach before 27.12.2024. Registration of Goods and Services Suppliers for Year 2025 should be clearly written on the top left-hand corner of the envelope enclosing the application. Applicants should pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1000/= for each item applying for. A Money Order drawn in favour of the District Secretary, Hambantota (Paying Office - Hambantota) or alternatively this fee could also he paid to the Shroff of the District Secretariat by cash and receipt should be submitted with the application. Registration fee will not be refunded. The list of Registered Suppliers could be downloaded from the Web Site : www.Hambantota.dist.gov.lk after 05.01.2025.
