The Subject Of This Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas For The National Institute Of Oncology. Maria Skłodowska-Curie - National Research Institute, Branch In Gliwice. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Terms Of The Order Execution Are Included In The Annexes: 1) Product And Price Specification - Annex No. 2 To The Swz, 2) Designed Provisions Of The Contract That Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 3. Commencement Of The Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas Will Take Place On The Date Of Effective Completion Of The Supplier Switching Process (If Necessary), But Not Earlier Than On January 1, 2025. The Contract Will Be Concluded For A Fixed Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Commencement Of The Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas. High-Methane Gas For The Ordering Party Or Until The Amount Specified In § 4 Section 1 Of The Contract And Constituting The Contractors Maximum Remuneration Is Exhausted, Whichever Occurs First. The Ordering Party Plans To Commence The Contract From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025. 4. The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected (Recognized As The Most Advantageous) Is Obliged, Before Concluding A Public Procurement Contract, To Provide A Security For Proper Performance Of The Contract In The Amount Of 1.00% Of The Total Price Given In The Offer. 5. In This Tender Procedure, When Evaluating Offers, The Ordering Party Will Apply The Procedure Specified In Art. 139 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The So-Called Reverse Procedure. 6.
