Sewage Services – Domestic Wastewater Not Collected By A Public Utility. In The Administrative Area Of The City Of Pápa, The Provision Of Local Public Services For The Collection Of Non-Publicly Collected Domestic Waste Water Is As Follows: Collection Of Non-Publicly Collected Domestic Waste Water With A Closed Sniffer Vehicle That Excludes Dripping And Odor Effects, Without Causing Contamination, Or In Addition To Its Immediate Disposal, Its Delivery And Emptying To The Wastewater Treatment Plant Under Contract With The Tenderer. The Bidder Must Be Able To Present The Wastewater Plant Participating In The Service In Its Offer, And Must Conclude A Preliminary Contract With It For The Duration Of The Service. The Winning Bidder, As A Public Service Provider, Is Obliged To Enter Into A Contract With The Property Owners Using The Service For The Amount Of Waste Water Estimated Depending On The Previous Years Water Consumption. The Successful Tenderer, As A Public Service Provider, Is Obliged To Settle Accounts With The Property Owner In The Framework Of Individual Orders. The Amount Of Non-Publicly Collected Domestic Wastewater To Be Transported Is Approx. 29844 M3 (Possibility Of Upward Deviation Depending On Water Consumption 25% Per Year). The Determination Of The Quantity To Be Delivered Is Based On The Data Provided By Pápai Víz- És Csatornamű Zrt., As A Provider Of Drinking Water And Sewage. It Includes All The Amount Of Waste Water Generated, Which Can Be Calculated From The Difference Between Water Consumption (Not Including The Amount Used For Watering, Measured With A Sprinkler Meter) And The Use Of Sewers. The Number Of Properties Affected By The Collection Of Non-Publicly Collected Domestic Wastewater Is 728 (Upward Variation Possibility Depending On Water Consumption Is 25% Per Year). The Determination Of The Affected Properties Is Based On The Data Provided By Pápai Víz- És Csatornamű Zrt., As A Provider Of Drinking Water And Sewage. It Includes All Properties That Have A Service Contract For Drinking Water, But Not One For Wastewater Service. The Specified Quantities May Change During The Duration Of The Public Service Or, Due To Its Nature, Within The Service Time. The Activity Is Regulated By The Lvii Of 1995 On Water Management. Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Regulations Prescribed By Law (Hereinafter Referred To As Vgt.) And The Tenderer Must Meet The Conditions Specified In Vgt. Legislation Relating To The Activity: - Lvii Of 1995 On Water Management. Act Ix./Chapter A - Lxxvi Of 2009 On The General Rules For Starting And Continuing Service Activities.
