Automotive Elements - Delivery Through The Purchase Of Spare Parts, Consumables And Accessories For Motor Vehicles /Mps/, Owned By Tp Dgs Blagoevgrad For A Period Of 24 Months. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Spare Parts, Consumables And Accessories For Motor Vehicles, Owned And/Or Provided For The Use Of The Territorial Division State Forestry Blagoevgrad To The Southwestern State Enterprise Dp. The Subject Of The Procurement Includes Delivery Of All Types Of Spare Parts, Materials, Consumables And Accessories For The Cars Of Tp Dgs Blagoevgrad. The Technical Specification Specifies The Cars To Which The Order Applies (Make/Model, Year Of Manufacture, Engine Capacity, Type Of Engine – Gasoline/Diesel). The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Cars, In Case Of Scrapping, Loss Of Use, Provision Of Cars To Another Structure, As Well As In Case Of Death, Without Owing Compensation. If Necessary, The Contractor Will Have To Maintain And Repair Cars That Are Not Specifically Mentioned In The Technical Specification. The Contracting Authority Will State The Scope Of This Public Order, Delivery Of Periodically Arising Needs For Spare Parts, Together With Consumables, Post-Written Requests Sent By Courier, E-Mail Or Telephone. The Contracting Authority Has No Obligation To Completely Absorb The Specified Types And Quantities Of Spare Parts. The Supplied Spare Parts Must Correspond To The Brand And Model Of The Equipment Described In The Request Of The Employer, New, Unused And With A Warranty Period. The Contractor Has The Obligation To Make A Delivery To A Site On The Territory Of The City Of Blagoevgrad, 18 Zora Street, The Administrative Building Of Tp Dgs Blagoevgrad. The Delivery Of Spare Parts, Consumables And Accessories According To The Order Is Carried Out Until The Estimated Value Of The Order Announced By The Contracting Authority Is Reached Or Until The Contract Expires (Whichever Occurs Earlier). Individual Deliveries Are Made Every Weekday Within The Working Hours Of The Contracting Authority From 8:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M.
