Environmental Training Services – Service Procurement For Kumpulas School Garden, Culture And Leisure Sector. The City Of Helsinki, The Culture And Leisure Industry, Requests With This Request For Tenders And Attachments A Bid For The Production Of Kumpulas School Garden Activities, So That The Service Provider Is Responsible For Organizing Activities That Fulfill The Environmental Education Task For The School Garden And Is Responsible For The Maintenance Of The School Garden Area. The Operating Season Of The School Garden Is Generally From The Middle Of May To The End Of September Each Year, And The Area Must Be Open And Operational During The Entire Operating Period At Least Five Days A Week. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Service Procurement That Exceeds The Eu Threshold Value As A Procurement Notification For Social Security And Other Special Services According To Sections 1–4 Of Annex E Of The Procurement Act. Bidding Is Reversed, Where The Customer Determines The Costs And The Competition Between Bidders Is Conducted Solely On The Basis Of Quality. The Customer Pays The Service Provider Eur 122,000 Per Operating Period As Compensation For The Provision Of Services In Accordance With The Contract. In Addition To This, We Take Into Account Possible Index Checks In The Total Value. The Planned Contract Period Is 1 January 2025 - 31 December 2026. The Contract Includes One (1) Two (2) Year Option Period.
