Name Of The Subject Of The Order: Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E) For The Sports And Recreation Center In Łazy For A Period Of 12 Months From January 1, 2025. Until December 31, 2025”1. Gas Fuel Should Be Delivered 24 Hours A Day To The Transfer And Reception Points Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is A Set Of Gas Devices Used To Connect The Internal Network, Owned By The Ordering Party, To The Gas Network Of The System Operator.2. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Order Size By Up To +/- 10% In Relation To The Basic Quantity Of Gaseous Fuel For The Purchase Of Gas. The Order Size Will Be Increased On An Option Basis. The Principles, Scope And Method Of Using The Above By The Ordering Party Are Described In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract In § 1 Section 3 And 4. 3. Information About The Subject Of The Order And The Obligations Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.4. At The Request Of The Selected Contractor, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Necessary Data To Carry Out The Seller Change Procedure In The Electronic Excel Version Immediately After Signing The Contract.5. Information About Contracts Currently In Force Is Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz In The Column Period Of Validity Of The Current Contract / Notice Period.6. Number Of Contracts For The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel That The Ordering Party Will Conclude With The Contractor Selected In This Procedure: 1 Contract. It Is Allowed To Sign The Contract By Correspondence.7. Names And Codes Relating To The Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Common Procurement/Public Vocabulary (Cpv): 09123000-7 - Natural Gas; 65210000-8 – Gas Transmission.8. At The Request Of The Selected Contractor, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Necessary Data To Carry Out The Seller Change Procedure In The Electronic Excel Version Immediately After Signing The Contract. 9. The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Envisage The Possibility Of Awarding The Contract To The Current Contractor Of The Services Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act.10. Settlements Between The Ordering Party And Future Contractors Will Be Made In Polish Zlotys. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Settlements In Foreign Currencies.
